Started in 2015 and formally established in 2017, Husk & Honey has grown to become the UK's first and only dedicated bakery for oven-fresh, premium granola, baked with the finest ingredients sourced from exceptional producers across the globe.
The Husk & Honey bakery can be found under the historic railway arches of Spa Terminus, Bermondsey, home to some of London's best independent food production companies, and is open for visitors on Saturday mornings where you can discover the full range and meet the bakery team.
Our products are available nationwide through select stockists as well as online and through our subscription service. We are pleased to offer wholesale and develop bespoke granola recipes for chefs, cafes, restaurants, events, hotels and more.

Sourcing our ingredients
We believe the best foods start with the best ingredients. We are passionate about provenance and select our core grains, nuts, seeds and fruit from the world's leading sustainable, independent producers.
These are blended with only a touch of wildflower honey - no added refined sugars - and then roasted, crushed and cooled at our dedicated granola bakery in London.
