Our Products:

How long will your granola last?

Granola in tin tie bags has a shelf life of around 2 months whilst our pillow bags and cartons will be shipped with a shelf life of around 3-5 months.

What is the best way to store your granola?

Once opened, if your granola is sealed or stored in an airtight container at room temperature, it will last for around 12 -16 weeks. You can also freeze the pillow bags once open for extra freshness and decant as much as you need into one of our glass granola jars which will hold the granola as it thaws back to its original state

Are your products organic?

We use a great range of ingredients and therefore choose not to certify our granolas as organic. This means that we have the freedom to select our grains, nuts, seeds and often rare fruits for environmentally responsible growing as well as for flavour, provenance and nutrition - all of which are very important to us!

Are your products gluten-free?

The majority of our products are gluten-free and wheat-free as we use certified gluten-free oats in all of our granolas and porridges.
Our biscuits contain wheat flour and are not gluten-free.

Do your products contain nuts?

Some of our recipes contain nuts whilst others don't, however, since we do use nuts in the bakery, we advise that our nut-free blends 'may contain traces of nuts'. Of course, we follow high standards to prevent the risk of cross contamination but legally, we are obliged to give 'may contain traces' advice.

Does your granola use refined sugar?

No, all of our granolas are free from refined sugar; we use 100% pure wildflower honey.

Other than granola, what other products do you make?

We make a range of delicious porridge blends, house made cereals as well as our popular ANZAC biscuits all year round.

What allergens are present in your products?

Each product page will have a full list of ingredients in the description with allergens highlighted in bold.

Our bakery handles tree nuts and dried fruits which may contain sulphur dioxide on a regular basis. Our ANZAC biscuits contain dairy. Occasionally, we will also use sesame and peanuts.

Where are you located?

Our bakery is located in the heart of Spa Terminus in Bermondsey, London. Our neighbours are a collection of like-minded independent food producers including Natoora, Neal's Yard Dairy, Monmouth Coffee and many, many more.

When are you open?

We are open for shopping on Saturdays between 9am - 2pm.

As an independent company, we manage all aspects of the business in-house at the bakery from Monday - Friday. Please note that this means we are unable to provide a shop during the week unless pre-arranged. Send us an email to bakery@huskandhoney.co.uk to arrange.

Orders & Shipping:

Delivery Information

We use a tracked delivery service sent with our delivery partners Royal Mail and Parcel Force. We endeavour to process and pack all orders on the same working day and advise that in the majority of cases, orders are received within 1-3 working days.

If your order is very urgent, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Delivery costs are based on a new weight-based calculation for deliveries to enable a reduced delivery rate for parcels up to 2kg (including packaging) of £3.85. Orders over 2kg will have a flat rate delivery fee of £6 and we are pleased to offer free delivery for orders over £50.

Please note that on the rare occasion that couriers aren't able to make a successful delivery to you, they will return your package to us after 18 days. If you have not received your order within 3 working days, please check on the status of your order using the Parcelforce or Royal Mail tracking site along with your unique tracking code and
post code.

If you experience any problems, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can investigate before the couriers return the parcel to us. Should the parcel be returned to us - usually after 15 days - you will need to cover the delivery to re-deliver the parcel again, so please do keep an eye out so we can avoid this!

Can I come collect my order?

Yes - we offer free Local Pick Up from our bakery in Bermondsey as an option when checking out for our customers in the neighbourhood but please note, you won't be able to select 'Local Pick Up' if you pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal (and we can't control this!).

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes we do! You can find our latest information about Delivery
Zones here. If there is no option for shipping to your country available, please send an email to bakery@huskandhoney.co.uk and we will be happy to provide a quote.

International shipping fees will vary depending on the size and weight of your package.

Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes or duties. Once your order is shipped, Husk & Honey will not be responsible for paying your country’s import duties, customs or local sales taxes. Your local carrier will contact you with details for any further payments required by your country.

Please note, all International orders are final sale and may not be returned or
exchanged. Husk & Honey is not responsible for international shipments lost
in transit, nor international import duties, customs or local sales taxes.

Where is my order?

When your order leaves our bakery it gets assigned a Parcelforce / Royal Mail tracking number, which is emailed or text messaged to you (if in doubt, check your Spam folder!).

You can then enter your tracking number in their Parcel Tracking dashboard or Royal Mail tracker and find out when your package will be with you.

If all else fails, you can always contact us.

How does your subscription service work?

You can choose from a variety of our award-winning granolas which are 100% natural, wheat-free, gluten-free and refined sugar-free as standard. All the flavours are carefully handcrafted by our in-house bakers. Just select your size, flavour(s) and frequency and you’re ready to go!

Absolutely! Before checking out, write any special instructions or gift message to be included with your order within the 'Order Special Instructions' box on the my basket page.
