Our Products

Do your products contain nuts?

Some of our recipes contain nuts which means that we handle nuts at the bakery and therefore advise that all of our products 'may contain traces of nuts'. Of course, we follow strict hygeine standards to minimise the risk of cross-contamination but legally, we are obliged to give 'may contain traces' advice.

Are your products gluten-free?

All of our granola and the majority of our other products are made with certified gluten-free oats and non-gluten containing ingredients.

Our ANZAC biscuits and the bran sticks are made with wheat and are not gluten-free.

The 'Gluten-Free' claim carries a number of implications, legality & general restrictions so we choose not to label our products as 'gluten-free' for this reason.

However, quarterly tests confirm that all of our granolas are by legal standards, free from gluten. These are carried out quarterly - Gluten G12 Agrastrip approved by Romerlabs for <20PPM gluten tolerance.

Does your granola contain refined sugar?

No, we use 100% pure wildflower honey rather than refined sugar in our granolas. We sometimes use coconut sugar in some of the granolas.

Are your granolas organic?

We use a wide range of ingredients and therefore choose not to certify our granolas as organic. This means that we have the freedom to select our grains, nuts, seeds and often rare fruits for environmentally responsible growing as well as for flavour, provenance and nutrition - all of which are very important to us!

You can read more around our thoughts on this here.

How long will your granola last?

If your granola is sealed or stored in an airtight container at room temperature, it will stay fresh and crunchy for at least 3 months. You can also freeze the pillow bags once open for extra freshness and decant as much as you need into one of our glass granola jars which will hold the granola as it thaws back to its original state. The main thing is to prevent its exposure to the air as much as possible as we dont use any artificial preservatives.

What’s the best way of storing it?

The best way of keeping our granola fresh is by storing it in an air-tight jar. Our pillow bags can also be stored in the freezer for extended shelf life - just take it out and defrost when you’re ready to eat.

Ordering & Delivery

Can I order online?

Yes, we have a good selection of our products available at our online shop which are shipped directly from the bakery to your door, anywhere in the UK. You can see more about our delivery methods in the delivery section below.

You can also order monthly granola with our handy subscription service

Do you ship overseas?

We are delighted to have finally reinstated international shippingto a select number of countries.

Something of a 'spanner-in-the-works' has been thrown at us by *we all know what* which means a lot more admin and restrictions our side, and potential unforseen customs, taxes and duty charges your side. Nevertheless, you can find a list of countries to which we now offer delivery here.

Can I collect from the bakery?

Yes. We encourage this very much and offer free Local Pick Up as an option when checking out for our customers in the neighbourhood. Please note, you may be unable to select 'Local Pick Up' if you pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal (and we can't control this!).

Where's my order?

When your order leaves our bakery it gets assigned a Parcelforce tracking number, which is emailed you and may also be sent as a text message (if in doubt, check your Spam folder).

You can then enter your tracking number in the Parcel Tracking dashboard, and find out when your package will be with you.

If all else fails, you can always contact us.

How much is standard UK delivery and what service do you use?

We have a flat postage & packing cost of £6 for tracked delivery anywhere in the UK.

If you order before 1pm Monday to Friday, we will endeavor to dispatch the same day with 24 hour delivery for working days (subject to stock).

Please note that on the rare occasion that couriers aren't able to make a successful delivery to you, they will return your package to us and you will need to pay for another delivery attempt (£6). If you have not received your order within 72 working hours, please let us know.

Please ensure that you enter your address correctly at checkout to ensure the automatic shipping labels are created accurately.

The Bakery

Where can we find your bakery?

We are lucky to have our bakery in the heart of Spa Terminus in Bermondsey,. Our neighbours are a collection of like-minded independent food producers including Natoora, Neal's Yard Dairy, Monmouth Coffee and many, many more.

When are you open?

At the moment, we are open on Fridays 10-3 as well as Saturdays 9-2 which is our traditional opening day. Please bear in mind, we are a functioning bakery and warehouse rather than a 'shop' and as such we might be in admin, production (or covered in oats!) when you visit.
