We aim to process and pack all orders within 1-3 working days, subject to stock.

You will receive a notification by email and or SMS from the courier, once they have collected your parcel, with a unique tracking code.

Please note that on the rare occasion that the couriers are not able to deliver your parcel, (we all have to leave the house sometimes!) they will leave a 'missed delivery card' and attempt the delivery the following day. You may also contact them to arrange a more suitable day/time.

We have heard that 'missed delivery' cards have been received when the recipient is home and this can happen for various reasons - please ensure that you track your order with the above link if it has not arrived within 72 working hours. 

The couriers will hold parcels that could not be delivered to you for 15 days, before returning your package to us. Once returned to us, we are happy to ship parcels out again, but will need to charge the delivery fee again.

We have temporarily disabled international shipping and shipping to Ireland due to planned staff leave.

Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes or duties. Where tax is applicable, (in general, its on homeware) this will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, Husk & Honey is not responsible for paying your country’s import duties, customs or local sales taxes.

Please note, all International orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Husk & Honey is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit, nor international import duties, customs or local sales taxes.
