Delivery Information

Parcels are delivered with a tracked service by our courier partners. We offer standard shipping (2-5 working days) at £3.85 or express shipping (1-3 working days) at £4.85 for parcels under 2kg and a flat rate of £6 (1-3 working days) for parcels over 2kg. Whilst the delivery may be as quick as next day, processing times at the bakery vary depending on the order so please do drop us a note if your order is really urgent and we will try our best to prioritise.

We offer free express delivery on all orders over £50 to anywhere in the UK.

Please note that we have temporarily disabled international shipping and local collection over the summer months in 2025 and will resume this service in Autumn 2025. You can still pop by the bakery and buy directly in person here, please email Laura or Bea on bakery@huskandhoney.co.uk to arrange a good time!

Shipping Policy

We aim to process and pack all orders within 1-3 working days, subject to stock. Should there be a longer lead time required, we will reach out to you directly via email.

You will receive a notification by email and or SMS from the courier, once they have collected your parcel, with a unique tracking code.

Missed Delivery

On the rare occasion the courier is not able to deliver your parcel (we all have to leave the house sometimes), they will leave a 'missed delivery card' and usually attempt redelivery the following day. You may also contact them to arrange a more suitable day/time.
In some circumstances, the parcel may be held at your local post office or depot - please check with the couriers tracking service if your parcel has not been delivered after 72hrs of being dispatched.

The couriers will hold parcels that could not be delivered to you for 18 days before returning your package to us. Once returned to us, we are happy to ship parcels out again, but we will need to charge the delivery fee again, otherwise we will refund your order, minus the delivery fee.

Taxes & Duty

Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes or duties. Where tax is applicable, (in general, our food products are VAT exempt!) this will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, Husk & Honey will not be responsible for paying your country’s import duties, customs or local sales taxes.

Your local carrier will contact you with details for any further payments required by your country.
