Porridge Oats: The finer specimens; exceptionally tender, creamy oats which soften to silk in overnight oats, break down beautifully in porridge, and disappear obligingly into baking. Try them. The difference is rather difficult to miss.
Jumbo Oats: The robust characters. Rolled but left whole, they retain their shape and bite while delivering that signature creaminess. Perfect for porridge with texture, muesli, granola bars, flapjacks, or a rustic coating for bread.
For the Enthusiast: Should you wish to take matters into your own hands, we also offer a table-top flaker for rolling your own oats, barley, rye, or any grain that takes your fancy. Cooking with freshly-flaked grains is, after all, rather magnificent.
Both varieties are available in 750g cupboard sized bags, or 2kg bags for those who've developed a more committed relationship with their breakfast. And for the truly devoted, or simply the organised, a subscription service ensures you need never face the indignity of an oat-less morning.

Overnight Oats Recipe (Porridge Oats)
50g porridge oats, 100ml milk (dairy or otherwise), a pinch of salt. Combine in a bowl, refrigerate overnight. In the morning (or the night before if you're that organised), add honey, fruit, nuts, orange zest or whatever strikes your fancy. The oats will have done their work while you slept.
Stovetop Jumbo Porridge Recipe (Jumbo Oats)
60g jumbo oats, 250ml milk, 100ml water, pinch of salt. Simmer gently for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick and creamy but still with a bit of bite. Top with brown sugar and a knob of butter, or fresh berries and yoghurt for the virtuously inclined.
