What will I get?
There are three different types of monthly boxes:
The "For Me" Box, designed for one person, contains 1kg granola in total (20 servings).
The "For Us" Box, designed for two people, contains 2kg granola in total (40 servings).
The “For the Family” Box, designed for a family or household contains 3kg granola in total (60 servings).
When will I be billed?
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the 1st of every month.
When will you send out the subscription boxes?
Granola will be baked on 5th of every month and dispatched on 6th of every month with next working day delivery in the UK (this would be 7th of every month unless the 7th falls on a weekend, in which case, it will be delivered on Monday).
You will receive a tracking number once your granola has left the bakery so you can track its journey to you.
How does payment work?
You will be billed on the date you sign up and then on the 1st of each month going forward.
So, if I'm billed on the day I buy a subscription and then again on the 1st of the following month, what happens if I buy a subscription in the middle of the month?
We send out the first delivery as soon as you purchase the subscription and then you join the normal monthly cycle, so we recommend to buy the subscription at the beginning of the month, but in our opinion, solid granola stocks are always a good thing!
What if I go away?
Lucky you! We are happy to delay or pause your delivery, please contact us with at least 72 hours notice.
What if I want to edit or cancel the subscription?
Please contact us to edit or cancel your subscription with at least 72 hours notice before your monthly billing date so that we can stop the payment before it comes out.
Can I get my granola more often than monthly?
Yes! Please contact us and we can arrange a bespoke plan for you. Please note we can only increase frequency at this time (i.e. to fortnightly) not decrease frequency.
