Roast Chestnut & White Chocolate Granola

We are proud to reveal the pleasure we took in developing this granola specially for the 2023 festive season. How can we pretend that 70% of the white chocolate we consumed under the guise of 'taste testing' was work-related?

Its sweetness and lightness on the palette beautifully compliments the subtle, delicate flavour of roasted chestnut which coat each cluster, finished with a dusting of powdery white roasted chestnut flour and a generous inclusion of finely chopped roasted hazelnuts.

A Ferrero Rocher made with white chocolate? How... *we sigh in approval* ...Christmassy.
