Saying this recipe is one for the ginger lovers might be 2021's largest understatement. We've zested, smashed, candied and roasted fresh ginger to create this well-balanced granola, with fragrant wildflower honey and creamy cashew nuts.
The base of roasted jumbo oats is baked with ginger zest for the unmistakeable aroma of fresh ginger, then re-roasted with smashed pieces of our home-made crystalised ginger roots, home made ginger syrup, cashew nuts and honey - those special pieces you scour the cereal bag for.
Enjoy with a splash of cold milk, natural yoghurt or Greek yoghurt. And, because its Christmas, why not add an extra drizzle of quality honey to that Greek yoghurt!
