Hazelnut & cranberries - a match made in flavour heaven. Brushing shoulders with orange and cinnamon, and we are truly in Autumn.
This granola starts with a base of honey-bound jumbo oats and puffed amaranth with chopped hazelnuts and cacao nibs. A scattering of sweet yet somewhat sharp cranberries as well as a subtle addition of orange blossom water and orange slices give just enough citrus to compliment the hazelnuts and cacao.
Perfect with a bowl of cold yoghurt - we love how the sourness of Greek yoghurt works with this one. Go for full fat, your taste buds wont regret it!
