This delightful granola is built on an oat and puffed millet base with, you guessed it, a trio of coconut inclusions - thin flakes of coconut, chunky coconut strands, and fine shavings of desiccated coconut to ensure a generous dose of coconut in every bite. Coconut pulp is the star ingredient, delivering a milky, buttery smoothness with a splash of vanilla to round out the aroma.
Balanced by the natural sweetness of coconut, vibrant additions of tart red hibiscus petals bring a gently sour, floral note. They’re scattered lightly throughout, offering a subtle contrast and an occasional tangy surprise.
We love this sprinkled over… hmm… a bowl of yogurt? A true taste of the tropics.
