Layers of sophisticated smoky and citrus flavours are the highlight of this Limited Edition festive blend.
This recipe is based on thick Scottish oats, infused with the depth of smoky Lapsang Souchong tea, the fresh tang of zested oranges, crunchy earthy poppy seeds and nutty puffed amaranth grain.
Opening with the aroma of citrus, followed by the smoky flavour of Lapsang Souchong, this granola finishes with yet more citrus by delicate slices of burnt orange - sliced, dehydrated and torched by hand here at the bakery.
