The cocoa flour is a by-product from Lucocoa; a bi-product bean-to-bar chocolate company which is run by Amarachi Clarke, a good friend of ours who provides cacao nibs for our Chocolate & Bay Leaf granola blend.
Ingredients: Puffed rice, puffed amaranth, puffed millet, puffed buckwheat, honey, oil, salt, coconut sugar, cacao shell flour, cacao. Produced in a facility that handles nuts.
