**White Chocolate & Raspberry Granola **
Yes, as is somewhat 'tradition' now, we've roasted a fresh batch of the beloved White Chocolate & Raspberry Granola - with a slightly tweaked recipe on previous years. Let us explain...
Amongst a base of our traditional thick cut oats, a generous selection of puffed grains lend a crisp lightness further complemented by ribbons of sweet toasted coconut. Ground spices and vanilla bring a warming depth to the dressing of wildflower honey, whilst freeze dried raspberries add a tart, vibrant contrast to shards of white chocolate which are both baked into, and sprinkled over the crisp oat clusters.
Always a popular blend, available in both 200g, 500g and also the 430g glass gift cubes, perfect for gifting (appropriately finished with a hand tied satin ribbon).
This week, we will also be selling hand-tied bouquets from our dear friend and local florist, Harley. Pop down to the bakery any time between 11am - 3pm to pick one up or email us to see the range and reserve...
