The Savoury Blend

Granola, reimagined. "This isn’t breakfast as usual. We've been working on a savoury blend for a while, and for those who like granola with a twist, this savoury blend offers earthy depth and irresistible crunch", says Kirsty, our head baker and bold queen of experiments. 

Seeds and grains - sunflower, sesame, buckwheat, and oats are slow-roasted with chives and sun-dried tomatoes. A drizzle of honey brings everything together in balance. The result is an umami-rich crunch that’s nutty, herby, and subtly sweet. 

Savoury yet balanced, it’s a blend made for sprinkling over soups, salads, and roasted vegetables as much as enjoying by the handful.
