Known as 'THEE' Sticky Date Pudding (yes, we had an Australian chef who developed this delight - Kirsty, we are eternally grateful to you for bringing this treat to our palettes).
After last year's sell-out success (and countless emails asking when it would return), we simply had to bake it again and think it might actually be one of our most delicious granola, ever.
Full, like last year, with jammy, caramel-y clusters from spiced, blitzed dates dates - somewhat taking inspiration from a crumbled granola bar, infused with the warm creamy notes of brown butter as a nod to the smooth butterscotch sauce of traditional Sticky Date Pudding.
Brown sugar brings a caramelised lift to the warm spices, with chunks of earthy pecan nuts scattered throughout.
And yes, it is completely brown, and utterly delicious.
