Persimmon, Orange & Hazelnut Granola

Autumn in a bowl. This granola is made with a base of toasted jumbo oats, honey and orange zest, studded with crunchy poppy seeds and a generous helping of roasted hazelnuts. Dehydrated slices of persimmon finish the blend, topping the granola like sweet, delicious autumn leaves.
