Mince Pie Granola

If there aren't Mince Pies on the menu, is it really Christmas?

This Christmas cracker is a real class act. Our take on a deconstructed mince pie, this granola is an orchestra of roasted nuts, tart dried cranberries, bitter mixed peel, raisins, currants and orange zest.

A few spoonfuls of traditional nostalgic mincemeat, plus freshly grated nutmeg, house-milled cinnamon bark, ground cloves, ginger and allspice add unmistakably festive flair.

We suspect that whether or not you're partial to a mince pie, you're bound to like this granola. Back for a fourth year? There must be something special about it...
