Lapsang Souchong & Roasted Almond Granola

An unassuming aesthetic masks complex flavours of vanilla and cardamom finished with a smoky depth from the Lapsang Souchong tea. Roasted and slivered almonds provide a crunchy texture balanced with light puffed millet. We recommend this blend to be enjoyed with natural yoghurt (the lighter kind such as Skyr or the home-made yoghurt from Kappacasein).

Ingredients: Oats, wildflower honey, rapeseed oil, desiccated coconut, chopped roasted almonds, slivered almonds, puffed millet, rosewater, vanilla essence, blue cornflowers, orange blossom oil, cardamom, ginger, lapsang souchong tea (ground in mockmill), sea salt.
