"Sometimes the best ideas come from a quiet forage through the pantry. With the cooling down after summer, toasted hazelnuts and cinnamon felt just right...their warm, golden flavours perfect for autumn. Then, the discovery of a jar of dried pears floral and deliciously tender", says Kirsty, our baker, capturing the elegance of this patisserie-inspired pairing.
Golden oats are baked low and slow in wildflower honey, cinnamon and vanilla, forming delicate clusters that crunch gently between the teeth.
To that base, we fold in pears only after baking - so they stay soft, perfumed, and bright against the warmth of cinnamon and vanilla. Every bite moves between crisp and tender, earthy and floral, creating a bowl that feels both grounded and quietly luxurious.
