Having spent weeks perfecting the ratio of spice to crunch and sweetness to warmth, we are absolutely thrilled to present... Gingerbread & White Chocolate Granola!

 And yes, it does taste exactly like Christmas morning.

We've tumbled organic jumbo oats with pumpkin seeds, hulled buckwheat and puffed amaranth (for lightness), before drenching everything in wildflower honey.

But here's where it gets properly festive: we bake our own gingerbread complete with a nostalgic blend of cinnamon, ginger, clove and vanilla. Then break it into generous, chewy pieces and fold them through the blend.

As a nod to those white chocolate buttons we'd sneak from the baking cupboard as children, and because our chef, Kirsty, raised an eyebrow and said, 'Go on then, it's that time...,' we've scattered through shards of Xoco Mayan Red 40% white chocolate. The creamy sweetness melts beautifully against the warmth of the spices—we can't decide if it's indulgent or essential. Either way, it works.

The result? A small-batch blend that tastes like rifling through a festive biscuit tin at breakfast. Comforting, warming, and available now!
