Chocolate & Hazelnut Granola

 A triple chocolate cereal for grown-ups (or the little ones!) but certainly not just for breakfast.

This recipe was developed by Viika who you might recognise from front-of-house and order processing - she loves chocolate and thought it was about time we produced another chocolate granola recipe. For the chocolate lovers, thank you Viika.

This granola is made with a base of creamy oats covered in cacao, with cocoa bean flour ground by our neighbour (Lucocoa bean-to-bar chocolate) and a generous scattering of rich chocolate nibs. Roasted hazelnuts add a lovely nutty bite to this granola which (by strict instruction of Viika), does not contain any fruit - particularly - no raisins!
