With a meaning as rich as its flavour, Pan de Muerto is an important part of the Mexican holiday, Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead) where families celebrate their passed loved ones with, amongst other things, honouring them on this annual holiday with a spread of many of their favourite things, as well as a loaf of Pan de Muerto - bread of the dead.

Granola inspired by the flavour of a sweet bread is of course, always going to be a granola. But we think its absolutely delicious and our very first granola blend that uses the flavour of butter (by way of real British butter) to impart a specific flavour, mimicking a sweet brioche.

Filled with puffed rice and puffed millet, this granola is reminiscent of a sweet, buttery popcorn treat, elevated with a subtle hint of anise and the zing of orange. Vibrant orange marigold petals dance through the loose black clusters for a granola that aesthetically as well as flavour-wise stands out from 'breakfast granola' and finds itself in the realm of 'anytime snack'.

We love this blend straight from the bag!

Ingredients: Jumbo oats, golden syrup, rapeseed oil, butter, puffed rice, puffed millet, orange essence, activated charcoal, orange zest, orange marigold petals , Himalayan salt, star anise, ground clove.

Allergens in bold.

Please note, while the recipe contains no nuts, it is produced in a facility that handles them.
