Think of this as a little kitchen alchemy: roasted black sesame seeds, nutty and toasty, meet juicy apricots for pops of bright tang.
Here, we roast it, grind it into lush black tahini, and fold it through our granola with generous handfuls of soft dried apricots. The tangy fruit brightens the sesame’s earthiness, while honey brings everything together.
Layered with puffed buckwheat, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, ginger and clove, every bite carries a little surprise. Perfect with yoghurt, over poached fruit, or straight from the bag between spoonfuls of tea.
