A granola made with light-as-a-cloud crispy banana slices and baked with fresh white banana flesh for a granola that thinks its a five-star dessert - and that's how we think every day should start.
So sure, its a banana granola, but not the 'banana granola' we all know...
With jumbo oats soaking up the sweet aroma of the mashed banana flesh, slow roasted and crisped up to golden, we throw in a handful of toasted coconut flakes and weave in freshly ground nutmeg and cinnamon, for that 'just-like-home' feeling.
Rich, warm notes of walnut - arguably the aristocrat of the nut world - provide deep and lingering undertones to balance delicate flakes of smooth Mayan white chocolate. Chocolate in granola?! Well... if you like what we've done with the banana, we think you'll sanction the chocolate!
