We have temporarily paused our granola workshops option due to planned staff leave over the summer months and our founder's maternity leave. We aim to reinstate the workshops in late autumn. You can register your interest above - it will create a £0 product for us so that we’ll be able to retrieve your email and notify you when workshops resume.
In this 1.5 hour workshop, you will be guided through the creation of a beloved Australian treat, Anzac biscuits, in an intimate, small group setting. You will delve into the story and heritage of Anzac biscuits, discovering their origins and cultural significance in Australia. Gain insight into the carefully selected ingredients that make these biscuits truly special, including shredded coconut, flour, Scottish oats, British butter and golden syrup.
You'll finish with approximately 10 of your very own Anzac biscuits carefully packaged and gift-wrapped, to share with loved ones or savour all to yourself. So you can recreate the magic in your own kitchen, you will receive a traditional Anzac biscuit recipe to take home, enabling you to continue your baking adventures long after the workshop.
This workshop is suitable for all experience levels.
