The Husk & Honey bakery is nestled under Arch 9 in Spa Terminus, and is where we develop recipes, test ingredients, hand-bake our range and process, check and seal each batch for wholesale & retail.
We source our grains with a focus on provenance and select our nuts, seeds and fruit for flavour as it is our belief that the best foods begin with excellent ingredients. These are blended with a touch of wildflower honey (no added refined sugars), roasted, cooled and processed with fruits.
The bakery is in production from Monday to Friday each week and we open our doors for a short time on Saturday mornings from 9am - 2pm for visitors where you can buy our products (and freshly baked anzac biscuits) from our hole-in-the-wall style shop.
