Parcels are delivered with a tracked service through our courier partners, Parcelforce & Royal Mail. We offer free delivery for orders through our website over £50.

Shipping Policy
We aim to process and pack all orders within 1-3 working days, subject to stock. Should there be a longer lead time required, we will reach out to you directly via email.
You will receive a notification by email and or SMS from the courier, once they have collected your parcel, with a unique tracking code.

Missed Delivery
Please note that on the rare occasion that the couriers are not able to deliver your parcel, (we all have to leave the house sometimes!) they will leave a 'missed delivery card' and attempt the delivery the following day. You may also contact them to arrange a more suitable day/time.
We have heard that 'missed delivery' cards have been received when the recipient is home and this can happen for various reasons - please ensure that you track your order with the above link if it has not arrived within 72 working hours.
The couriers will hold parcels that could not be delivered to you for 15 days, before returning your package to us. Once returned to us, we are happy to ship parcels out again, but will need to charge the delivery fee again.
Shipping Options
Aside from delivery options, we also offer free Local Pick Up when checking out for our customers in the neighbourhood but please note, you won't be able to select 'Local Pick Up' if you pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal ( - we can't control this!).
*Please note - Local pick up will be inactive over April, May, June and July 2025 and we will aim to resume this service in late July 2025. Please come to the bakery in person to purchase in person during this time - you can always email us at bakery@huskandhoney.co.uk to ensure we will be able to help you out, check opening hours and arrange an appointment.
Customers opting for Local Pick Up will receive an email notification from us once your order is ready for collection. Please email us to arrange a suitable time to collect as we are not open by default during the week.
International Shipping
We have temporarily disabled international shipping and shipping to Ireland due to planned staff leave over the summer months and our founder's maternity leave. We aim to resume this service in late autumn.
Taxes & Duty
Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes or duties. Where tax is applicable, (in general, its on homewares, but our food products do not attract VAT, wahoo) this will be calculated at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, Husk & Honey will not be responsible for paying your country’s import duties, customs or local sales taxes.
Your local carrier will contact you with details for any further payments required by your country.
Please note, all International orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Husk & Honey is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit, nor international import duties, customs or local sales taxes.
