This granola dish is a lovely mix of fresh berries, smooth natural yoghurt, warm stewed apple and a handful of crunchy oat granola.
Directions:
- Peel and chop 5 apples. Place in a pan just about covered with water on a low heat, stirring occasionally until they have broken up and become a thick stewed consistency.
- Place a layer of the stewed apple with a few fresh blueberries in a tall glass, followed by a layer of Greek yoghurt, followed by a layer of Husk & Honey granola, repeat with a layer of stewed apple, then Greek yoghurt, then a thicker layer of granola.
- Finish with a layer of Greek yoghurt, pinch of bee pollen and chia seeds and more fresh blueberries. You can add a few drops of maple syrup if you'd prefer it sweeter.
- Enjoy with a long spoon.
