A slight change to our normal programming.
India is in the grips of devastation, the scale of which can’t be truly comprehended as we sit here 5,000 miles away. Arundhati Roy has written a piece for The Guardian entitled “We are witnessing a crime against humanity” that we would implore you to read.
The majority of our team have spent considerable time working and travelling in India, we have been touched and inspired and fallen in love there, and we have friends and loved ones across the country who are sick, who are trying to find ICU beds for family members, and who are scared.
We’ve donated as individuals, but also, throughout May, we will be sending 100% of the profits from our Chai Spiced Mulberry granola, and our Turmeric, Roast Banana & Cashew granola (which was planned for the Limited Edition menu for May) to verified funds working locally to provide - quite frankly - whatever is needed.
We know we spend our days trying to entice you into buying granola, but this time, we’re really asking.
If granola isn’t your thing, you can donate straight via Give India or The British Asian Trust. 🧡🤍💚
