What is your lead time?

The processing & packing of orders attracts a lead time of 5-14 working days, subject to stock. (The vast majority of orders arrive within 5 working days of placing an order, however, we do not guarantee lead times due to the nature of production.)

If your order will exceed 14 days' lead time, we will email you to discuss alternative options. (Please note the additional lead time associated with the various shipping options we offer.)

Bespoke orders and project lead times vary and may be considerably longer than standard orders, please get in touch to discuss.

Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity?

The minimum order quantity is £60 (excluding tax or delivery) to benefit wholesale prices.

How can I order a box of samples?

We offer 5 different sample box options, each sample contains 150g (approx. 3 portions) and you can order your preferred sample box here. Following your order of a Sample Box, we will manually email you with a £15 credit that can be redeemed on your first wholesale order over £60.

Is your granola gluten-free/organic/vegan/nut-free?

Gluten-free: Pure oats are free from gluten and we currently work with John’s pure oats due to their perfect structure - a robust surface and creamy centre. Having said this, our apples, almonds and honey used in making granola have not been certified gluten-free meaning that legally, we cannot say so.

Organic: While we use organic ingredients, we choose not to certify or advertise any of our products as organic.

Vegan: We currently sell one vegan variety of granola -Apricot & Millet Granola.

Nut-free: While we do sell nut-free granolas, like the Chai Spiced Mulberry - but as we work with different kinds of nuts in the bakery we cannot legally advertise our granola as nut-free.

What are your vegan options?

In terms of granola, we currently sell one vegan granola blend - Apricot & Millet Granola.

We have a range of other products which are suitable for a vegan diet; Puffed rice, Puffed cacao muligrains, porridges, bran sticks and British oats.

Shipping

Can you tell me more about your shipping options?

The vast majority of orders are sent on a Next Working Day service with Parcelforce, enabling delivery throughout the UK, the Highlands and the Islands. Once Parcelforce collects your parcel from us in Bermondsey, they will email you with a ‘Tracking Number’.

Please enter the number here to view your parcel’s delivery progress if it has not arrived when expected, or to see the status of historical orders. If Parcelforce were unable to deliver your parcel, you will need to arrange re-delivery with them here.

SATURDAY DELIVERY: On occasion, we can arrange Saturday delivery. Please emailinfo@huskandhoney.co.ukto arrange this in advance of placing your order.

IN-PERSON COLLECTION: We will email you with confirmation that your order is ready to collect. We are located at Arch 9, Discovery, St James Road, London, SE16 4RA. Usual collection times are Tuesday 2 pm – 4 pm, Friday 2 pm – 4 pm or Saturday 9 am – 2 pm, however, we can arrange collection outside of these hours if necessary. Loading is allowed in the yard directly outside the bakery and we can provide pallet lifting equipment when organised in advance.

PALLET DELIVERY: We can organize pallet deliveries throughout the UK for orders between 20kg - 2000kg and in some cases, can organise ‘urgent’ pallet deliveries, subject to stock.

How much is delivery and do you have a free option?

Yes, we offer free shipping for all order values of £180 and upwards (exclusing VAT). Additionally, you can read more about the various shipping prices for different order styles.

£8: Wholesale orders delivered by Parcelforce to the UK (excluding the Highlands and the Islands) sent with a trackable, next working day service.

£20.50: Wholesale orders sent for Saturday Delivery by Parcelforce to the UK (excluding the Highlands and the Islands) sent with a tracked service.

£16: Wholesale orders delivered by Parcelforce to the Highlands and the Islands.

£Complementary: We waive all processing & packing costs associated with your order for orders that are being collected in person. We are lucky to be located in a thriving ‘campus’ of high quality, renowned food producers and know that many of our customers come to Spa Terminus to collect items from other producers. We encourage this and therefore waive any costs associated with processing ‘Collection’ orders. Moreover, we love to meet our customers in person!

£52: Wholesale orders up to 600kg delivered with pallet couriers to the UK (excluding the Highlands and the Islands).

£62: Wholesale orders over 600kg delivered with pallet couriers to the UK (excluding the Highlands and the Islands).

Price on Application: Wholesale orders delivered with Parcelforce to the Highlands and the Islands.

Price on Application: Wholesale orders delivered on a pallet to the Highlands and the Islands Express delivery.

Where's my order?

When your order leaves our bakery it gets assigned a Parcelforce tracking number, which is emailed you and may also be sent as a text message (if in doubt, check your Spam folder).

You can then enter your tracking number in the Parcel Tracking dashboard, and find out when your package will be with you.

If all else fails, you can always contact us.

Do you do any white label?

At the moment, we are open on Fridays 10-3 as well as Saturdays 9-2 which is our traditional opening day. Please bear in mind, we are a functioning bakery and warehouse rather than a 'shop' and as such we might be in admin, production (or covered in oats!) when you visit.

How do I open an account?

How do you invoice?

You can choose from a variety of our award-winning granolas which are 100% natural, wheat-free, gluten-free and refined sugar-free as standard. All the flavours are carefully handcrafted by our in-house bakers. Just select your box, flavours and frequency and you’re ready to go!
