Do you have a wholesale product and price list?

Yes, please get in touch through our contact form to request a copy of our product & price list.

What is your lead time?

Whilst we always aim to process & pack orders as quickly as possible, please allow 3-5 working days from the date your order was placed. During busier periods, such as December, please allow 5-7 working days from the date your order was placed.

If for any reason we expect your order to exceed 5 days lead time, we will email you to discuss alternative options.

Bespoke orders & project lead times will vary and could be considerably longer than standard wholesale orders, please get in touch to discuss.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is £80 to benefit from wholesale prices.

Can I order samples of your products?

Yes, we offer a variety of sample boxes containing different ranges of our products which can be found here. The cost of any sample box ordered can be deducted off your first wholesale order - please quote your sample box order number.

I'm unsure which products will work for me, can you help?

Absolutely, we're here to help make suggestions and recommendations regarding flavours, pack size and more completely tailored to suit your business and customers needs.

What are your vegan options?

Products suited to a vegan diet include our Apricot & Millet Granola, Puffed Brown Rice, Puffed Cacao Multi-grains, Porridges, Bran cereals and British oats.


What are your delivery options and costs?

We send out orders via a Next Working Day service via Parcelforce, as this enables us delivery throughout the UK, Highlands and Isles. When your order is collected, you will be notified via email and or SMS with a tracking number.

Orders under £180 with incur an £8 flat shipping fee.

Orders over £180 qualify for free delivery.

We also offer in person collection from our production facility. We are located at Arch 9, Discovery, St James Road, London, SE16 4RA. Loading is allowed in the yard directly outside the bakery and we can provide pallet lifting equipment when organised in advance.

We can organize pallet deliveries throughout the UK for orders between 20kg - 2000kg. Please get in touch for a quote.

Where is my order?

You can enter your tracking number here to view your parcel’s delivery progress if it has not arrived when expected, or to see the status of historical orders. If Parcelforce were unable to deliver your parcel, you will need to arrange re-delivery with them here.

If all else fails, you can always contact us.

My delivery arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us via email as soon as possible, clearly documenting the damage and affected items. Photos are extremely helpful where possible.

From here we will submit a claim with the courier and work with you to arrange a suitable resolution.

Do you offer eco/zero waste packaging?

Yes, please make us aware if your business operates on a zero waste model or you have a preference on eco-friendly packaging. We are able to package our granola and other products loose in bulk eco liners, as well as strive to use recycled/reused packaging materials where possible.
