Taking its cue from the iconic cake, this granola celebrates contrast and texture. Crunchy almonds meet light, crisp puffs of millet and quinoa, while chunks of marzipan — in both classic and pink strawberry variations — add sweetness and depth. Soft pieces of dried apricot bring a gentle fruity brightness, echoing the jam layer found in the traditional cake. Finished with desiccated coconut and warm notes of almond and vanilla, it all comes together beautifully.
