Ok, we hear you, the Coconut & Hibiscus Granola makes a comeback!
This delightful granola builds on an oat and puffed millet base with, (you guessed it), a triplet of coconut inclusions; thin slices of flaked coconut, chunky strands of coconut, and tiny shavings of desiccated coconut to ensure at healthy dose of coconut in every bite. Coconut pulp acts as the star ingredient, delivering a milky, buttery smoothness with a splash of vanilla to twist the final aroma.
With the sweetness of the coconut, vibrant inclusions of tart red hibiscus flower petals add an almost sour floral note, scattered light-handedly to complement the sweetness with a sour surprise every now and then.
We love this sprinkled over.. hmm.. a bowl of coconut yoghurt? A true taste of the tropics.
Ingredients:
Oats, wildflower honey, rapeseed oil, coconut strands, coconut flakes, desiccated coconut, coconut pulp, puffed millet, vanilla essence, hibiscus petals, ginger, Himalayan salt.
