The Husk & Honey bakery is nestled under Arch 9 in Spa Terminus, and is where we develop recipes, test ingredients, hand-bake our range and process, check and seal each batch for wholesale & retail.

We source our grains with a focus on provenance and select our nuts, seeds and fruit for flavour as it is our belief that the best foods begin with excellent ingredients. These are blended with a touch of wildflower honey (no added refined sugars at all), roasted, cooled and processed.

The bakery is open for visits on Fridays from 10am - 3pm and Saturday mornings from 9am - 2pm under the historic arches of Spa Terminus.
