Delivery Information

Parcels are delivered with a tracked service by our courier partners. We offer standard shipping (2-4 days) at £3.50 or express shipping (1-2 days) at £4.85 for parcels under 2kg and a flat rate of £6 (1-2 days) for parcels over 2kg.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50 to anywhere in the UK.

We are also able to offer international shipping, though please note some countries may have restrictions on shipping certain items such as our raw honey & glassware.

Shipping Policy

We aim to process and pack all orders within 1-3 working days, subject to stock. Should there be a longer lead time required, we will reach out to you directly via email.

You will receive a notification by email and or SMS from the courier, once they have collected your parcel, with a unique tracking code.

Missed Delivery

On the rare occasion the courier is not able to deliver your parcel (we all have to leave the house sometimes), they will leave a 'missed delivery card' and usually attempt redelivery the following day. You may also contact them to arrange a more suitable day/time.
In some circumstances, the parcel may be held at your local post office or depot - please check with the couriers tracking service if your parcel has not been delivered after 72hrs of being dispatched.

The couriers will hold parcels that could not be delivered to you for 18 days before returning your package to us. Once returned to us, we are happy to ship parcels out again, but we will need to charge the delivery fee again, otherwise we will refund your order, minus the delivery fee.

Local Collection

Aside from delivery, we offer free Local Pick Up when checking out for our customers in the neighbourhood. Please note, you may not be able to select 'Local Pick Up' if you have paid via Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, sadly we can't control this!

Customers opting for Local Pick Up will receive an email notification from us once your order is ready for collection. We are open between 11am-4pm Monday to Friday and 9am-2pm on Saturdays.

International Shipping

We now ship to a range of countries overseas! Please check your countries policy on 'Customs Fees' as you will be responsible for paying any charges or taxes, dictated by your country of residence. Delivery cost at checkout is be calculated on a weight basis. If there is currently no option to deliver to your country, please get in touch with us by emailing info@huskandhoney.co.uk

Taxes & Duty

Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes or duties. Where tax is applicable, (in general, our food products are VAT exempt!) this will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, Husk & Honey will not be responsible for paying your country’s import duties, customs or local sales taxes.

Your local carrier will contact you with details for any further payments required by your country.

Please note, all International orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Husk & Honey is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit, nor international import duties, customs or local sales taxes.
