You'll learn the about the different ingredients and flavour pairings whilst planning and making your very own granola blend to take home.
Our team will guide you through the various ingredients and techniques for making delicious, tray-baked granola with plenty of tastings and serving ideas throughout the day.
You'll finish with a kilo of your very own personalised granola blend, as well as a recipe book full of tips, tricks and ideas.
At the end of the course, you'll be able to surprise a loved one with a fresh bag of your very own, unique granola which we'll send out straight from the bakery.
These half day workshops are suitable for all experience levels.
