Our Walnut & Grated Nutmeg porridge contains a blend of freshly grated nutmeg, ground walnuts, a dash of sea salt, coconut sugar, flaxseed and naturally gluten free oats.

250g of porridge per pack, equaling roughly five servings (depending on how big your bowl is!)
