White Chocolate & Golden Berry Granola

A delicious granola to start the new year! Full of flavour with crushed chunks of house-made almond brittle and tart cranberries. Whole dried goldenberries (also known as cape gooseberries / physalis) are crushed to disperse their unmistakably tangy, sharp flavour, balanced with shavings of sweet blonde chocolate (from our favourite bean-to-bar chocolate maker, Lucocoa, just a few arches away) from us under the railways in Bermondsey. We think this recipe is a beauty, developed and baked by our Beth, taste tested, (with fervour), by the whole team.

Ingredients:

Oats, wildflower honey, rapeseed oil, almond brittle (roasted almonds, honey, brown sugar), cranberries, golden berries, cardamom, vegan white chocolate, cinnamon, ginger, sea salt.
