Oat Biscuit Granola

What better use for broken Anzac biscuits than throwing them into a delicious granola blend? We can't believe it's taken us this long.

A classic bed of honeyed jumbo oat clusters, a little vanilla and nutmeg, a few crushed roasted hazelnuts and then, the pièce de résistance, generous chunks of broken Anzac biscuit mixed throughout.

Oats, desiccated coconut, coconut sugar, brown sugar, hazelnuts (nuts), wildflower honey, maple syrup, anzacs (flour, sugar, oats desiccated coconut) rapeseed oil, maple syrup, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla essence, orange essence, sea salt.
