A rich, malty chocolate dusting of cocoa flour leads the flavour of this puffed grain medley for a unique take on a classic breakfast cereal (we won't name names).
The cocoa flour we use is a by-product from Lucocoa; a bean-to-bar chocolate company run by Amarachi Clarke, a good friend of ours who also provides cacao nibs for our Chocolate & Bay Leaf granola.
